Returns are accepted only if:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged item received.
- Manufacturing defect found.
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Requirements
Returned products must:
- Be unused.
- Include original packaging.
- Include invoice.
- Include all accessories.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns are not accepted for:
- Customized jewellery
- Personalized items
- Used products
- Damaged due to customer negligence
Return Approval
Every return request is reviewed by our quality team before approval.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
Exchange
Eligible products can be exchanged based on stock availability.
Cancellation of Refund
Refund requests may be rejected if products fail quality inspection.
